SMA Negeri 4 Bangkalan successfully held a
cocurricular sports activity in the form of an inter-class futsal tournament.
The event took place on Wednesday and Thursday, September 24–25, 2025, at the
school’s futsal court. This activity aimed to foster sportsmanship, teamwork,
as well as provide a platform for students to develop their athletic talents.
The festive atmosphere was already felt in the morning
during the opening ceremony. Cheers from the audience filled the futsal court,
while teachers, participants, and supporters from various classes came together
to enliven the event. The opening ceremony also marked the official start of
this year’s series of co-curricular sports activities.
The first match brought together Class XII-4 against
Class XI-4. The game was full of spirit, accompanied by loud cheers from the
audience. The captain of Class XII-4 stated, “I always emphasize that victory is indeed important, but effort,
respect, and sportsmanship mean much more. If you play wholeheartedly, victory
will come naturally.” Despite their relentless effort, Class XII-4 had to
admit defeat as Class XI-4 emerged as the winner.
The second match featured Class XII-1 against XI-2.
The game was intense, with strong support from the crowd surrounding the court.
Playing consistently from the start, Class XI-2 finally secured the victory.
The tournament continued with a clash between Class
X-1 and X-4. Both teams played with great enthusiasm, but X-4 showed their
dominance and eventually sealed the win.
The last match on Wednesday saw Class XI-3 face Class
X-2. The match was exciting, with well-prepared strategies from both sides. One
of the supporters from Class X-2 expressed, “We
cheered loudly, clapped, and brought posters to encourage the players. Our
energy made the match more exciting and pushed the team to fight harder.”
This support successfully ignited the players’ spirit, leading Class X-2 to
secure a spot in the semifinals.
In addition to futsal, this year’s co-curricular
sports program at SMA Negeri 4 Bangkalan will also feature a volleyball
tournament after the futsal series concludes. This demonstrates the school’s
commitment to supporting students’ interests and talents in sports.
The winners of the first day’s matches are scheduled
to compete again on Thursday, September 25, 2025, in the semifinals. With the
knockout system applied, each team is required to perform at their best to
secure a place in the final. The semifinals are expected to be even more
exciting and intense.
